Extract from Minutes No. 08/12 dated 31 January 2012 ^{31 January 2012}

The meeting of Samruk-Kazyna Management Board made a decision to elect Kuanysh Bektemirov as a member of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of KEGOC Board of Directors as a representative of the shareholder’s interests till expiration of the term of powers of the Board of Directors as a whole.  
In addition, the meeting of Samruk-Kazyna Management Board considered the issue of early termination of powers of Alexei Ogai, the member of KEGOC Board of Directors.
