Last Saturday (09 June 2016) KEGOC employees celebrated the 19th anniversary of the company. The slogan of thiscorporate teambuilding - Transformation: Reloaded - was selected by our management and party organizers for a reason. Today the company is taking steady steps towards changes and has been implementing the Business Transformation Programme.
The main idea of the celebration was to unite the company employees around the transformation ideas. Everything - symbols, competitions and congratulatory performances of employees, - was devoted to the Programme. The Business Transformation Centre team congratulated the company and presented a funny welcoming warm-up, couplets for the company management and songs about the transformation.
The main guest of the corporate teambuilding event was Kanat Bozumbayev, the Minister of Power Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Mr. Bozumbayev had been a CEO of our company for a long time. In his welcoming speech the Minister stressed that the employees are the most valuable asset of the company. He also expressed his confidence that the Business Transformation Programme would be a success and wished all the company employees to remain committed to their company.
In addition to the Minister, the teambuilding meeting was joined by our colleagues – representatives of Samruk-Energy. Like KEGOC, Samruk-Energy is actively implementing the Business Transformation Programme and is now at the same stage of the program. It is worth noting that the Samruk-Energy colleagues try not to miss events of our company and welcome invitations of our company.
The guests and the company employees appreciated the corporate teambuilding, which would remain in memory of all who were present. The organizers say that such events will also be conducted in future. Intended to unite and enhance the effective interaction in the team, the teambuilding forms an excellent basis for maintaining the right attitude of the staff.
Note: Samruk-Energy is the national operator in the electric and thermal power generation and distribution sector, which in 2015 has started the Business Transformation Program.
