On Friday, 19 February 2016 the company held a meeting for the heads of departments and key employees on the subject of improvement of viability of the company. The meeting has presented the key objectives and main results of the process. Also this meeting was used as a quality information platform: the Manager of Business Transformation Programme has presented the key objectives of the recently adopted business transformation Roadmap Programme.
In the end of the meeting the participants have filled out the questionnaires and fixed convenient dates for the in-person interviews.
A similar viability meeting will be held for the heads of the branches and subsidiaries with the company's management. The first personal interviews will start next week to mark the launch of the application part of the study.
