Auction to Sell 49.9% Stake of KazEnergoProvod LLP Will Take Place on 20 May

KEGOC announced an on-line auction to sell 49.9% stock of KazEnergoProvod LLP as a part of the Comprehensive privatization plan for 2016-2020.

The auction will be held on 20 May 2016 on the electronic trading platform of web portal of the Register of State-owned Property under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

KazEnergoProvod LLP is located in the city of Semey, East Kazakhstan Oblast. Its core business is manufacturing and sale of ACSR type high-voltage conductor.

The reserve price is KZT 162.9 million.

N.B. According to the Comprehensive privatization plan, Samruk-Kazyna group shall dispose 217 facilities to place them into the competitive environment by 2020.
