Astana celebrated the Labour Dynasties Day at Samruk-Kazyna group of companies. KEGOC was represented by the Klopov dynasty that was awarded with the Fund’s Labour Dynasty Medal and the Certificate of Honour.
Total work experience in power industry of the five representatives of the family is 199 years. Taking into account KEGOC’s 20th anniversary this year, this is one of the greatest indicators of the company. In 2015 KEGOC stressed the importance of the Klopov dynasty and declared it the winner in the Dasturi Berik Aulet nomination (for the longest labour experience in power sector).
The dynasty is headed by Viktor Klopov, born in 1929. His work experience as a war worker and work veteran is 49 years. His wife Nina Klopova (born in 1929) worked as a war worker and previously as power engineer for 49 years at the ShakhtinskEnergoUgol production division. The elder Klopov’s dynasty was continued with their daughter Svetlana Rassokha. Her husband Valeriy Rassokha and son Andrei Rassokha are also working for KEGOC’s Severnye MES branch.
Today the company has 30 labour dynasties. Their number is increasing through efficient implementation of KEGOC’s HR policy principles aimed at supporting and preserving the values of labour dynasties and professional continuity among the employees of the company.
