On 31 May 2021, an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of KEGOC was held to review an auditor organisation to audit the financial statements of KEGOC for 2021-2023 and its subsidiaries: Energoinform JSC and Financial Settlement Centre for Renewable Energy Sources Support LLP.

The shareholders decided to determine RSM Qazaqstan LLP as an audit organization to audit KEGOC in 2021-2023.
