An Extraordinary General Meeting of KEGOC Shareholders held on 23 February 2021 considered the extension of the term of office of Bakytzhan Kazhiyev as the Chairman of Management Board of KEGOC.

The General Meeting of KEGOC Shareholders decided to extend the terms of office of Mr. Kazhiyev.
