On 31 July 2023, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of KEGOC early terminated the powers of Kanysh Moldabayev as Chairman of the Management Board. Kanysh Moldabayev was elected a member of the Board of Directors of KEGOC, representative of Samruk-Kazyna.

Nabi Aitzhanov was elected Chairman of the Management Board of KEGOC, and the term of office at this position was set for three years.

Also, the meeting changed the composition of the Board of Directors of KEGOC as follows.

The meeting early terminated the office of: Alexey Repin, a representative of Samruk-Kazyna and Ulf Wokurka, an independent director.
