In accordance with the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, KEGOC paid dividends based on the performance for the first half of 2023.

KZT 20.212 billion have been allocated as dividends or KZT 77.74 per ordinary share, representing 87.8% of net income for the reporting period.

The list of KEGOC shareholders entitled to receive dividends on ordinary shares of KEGOC based on the performance of the first half of 2023 is fixed as of 00:00 on 26 September 2023.

 Since 2014, including the amount paid for 1H 2023, the company’s dividends totalled about KZT 238 billion.
