In accordance with the resolution passed at the extraordinary general meeting of KEGOC shareholders on 11 October 2024, the company allocated 64.5% of its net profit from the first half of 2024—amounting to KZT 22.7 billion—for dividend payments, equating to KZT 82.40 per ordinary share.

KEGOC upholds all its commitments to its shareholders. The dividends are distributed twice a year. In 2023, the company revised its dividend policy to allocate at least 60% of net profit to dividends. Since 2014, the total amount paid out in dividends has exceeded KZT 280 billion.
