On March 11, 2025, a General Meeting of the bondholders of KEGOC was held via absentee voting, during which the agenda item of amending the Prospectus of the second bond issue of the second bond programme of KEGOC was considered.

The bondholders decided to amend the terms of the bond issue regarding the intended use of the funds raised from the bond placement.
