KEGOC JSC announces the commencement of dividend payments based on its performance for the second half of 2025. The payments started on 12 June 2026, in accordance with the resolution of the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 21 April 2026.
A total of 62.93% of the net income for 2025 has been allocated for the dividend payout.
Thus, less the dividends paid for the first half of 2025, approximately KZT 22.3 billion has been directed towards the second-half payment to ordinary shareholders of KEGOC JSC.
The dividend amount for the second half of 2025 stands at KZT 81 per ordinary share.
KEGOC consistently fulfils its obligations to shareholders and remains one of the few issuers on the Kazakhstan stock market to stably pay dividends twice a year.
Since the company went public, the total amount of dividends paid has reached KZT 349.8 billion.

In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Joint-Stock Companies", dividend payments must be made no later than 90 calendar days from the date following the date when the general meeting of shareholders adopted the resolution to pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares.
