The decision to pay dividends on the ordinary shares of KEGOC for the first half of 2020 was taken by the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of KEGOC on 23 October 2020 (Minutes No. 19).

The dividend period: 1 January to 30 June 2020.

The dividend per one ordinary share is seventy-seven tenge nine tiyn (KZT 77.09).

The total amount of funds to be paid in the form of dividends to the shareholders of KEGOC is KZT 20,043,292,844.90 (twenty billion forty-three million two hundred ninety-two thousand eight hundred forty-four tenge 90 tiyn).

The list of KEGOC's shareholders, who has the right for dividends on KEGOC's ordinary shares for 2020, was finalised on 29 October 2020.
