KEGOC hereby announces that the public event of H1 2021 annual report by KEGOC to consumers and other stakeholders on compliance with the approved tariff estimates, on the progress of the approved investment programme, on compliance with the quality and reliability of regulated services, and achievement of performance goals of KEGOC, originally scheduled for 29 July 2021, is cancelled due to risk of spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection, as required by letter from the Goods and services quality and safety control department of the city of Nur Sultan of the Goods and services quality and safety control committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 24-21-10-6119 dated 23 July 2021.

However, in accordance with the requirements of the Rules of the natural monopoly operations, the materials of the H1 2021 report are published in the tariffs section of KEGOC’s web site. KEGOC will be glad to answer any further questions from consumers and other stakeholders.
