On 14 February 2022 the Board of Directors of KEGOC elected Ms. Elvira Konakhbayeva, the Managing Director for Strategy, Sustainable Development and Digital Transformation of KEGOC, as the member of the Management Board to fill the vacancy left after resignation of Mr. Zhandos Nurmagambetov, the Managing Director for Strategy and Development.

Elvira Konakhbayeva became the Managing Director for Strategy, Sustainable Development and Digital Transformation of KEGOC on 17 January 2022. She has the higher economic education, fifteen- year experience in international auditing and consulting companies; she was the Director of Corporate Governance Department of Samruk-Kazyna.

The perimeter of issues supervised by Ms. Konakhbaeva at KEGOC includes development strategy, sustainable, corporate, technological development, research and development and innovation, digitalization and improvement of business processes.
