Chairman of the Management Board of KEGOC Nabi Aitzhanov held a meeting with the staff of the head office in Astana.

The Chairman shared the plans and prospects of the company's development for the nearest period, answered questions from colleagues and listened to proposals and initiatives to improve the company's activities in all areas. Nabi Aitzhanov placed great emphasis on plans to further improve the welfare of the company's employees.

"It is known that KEGOC is the flagship of Kazakhstan's power industry. And this is all thanks to the people who work here and put their efforts into the Company's development on a daily basis. The development of human capital invariably remains a top priority for me, and I am confident that together we will achieve even greater success," he said.

The meeting was held in the TEDx format, which allowed the parties to have a relaxed and open interaction. The participants actively shared their vision for improving work processes and asked questions. This meeting is the first in the schedule of the Chairman of the Management Board, who plans to visit KEGOC's regional branches in the near future.
