The Board of Directors of EnergoInform JSC (a subsidiary of KEGOC JSC), appointed Yedil Kopenov the chairman of the Management Board of the company on March 5, 2025.

Yedil Kopenov has extensive experience in the electric power industry. He graduated from Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University with a degree in Electric Power Engineering and holds an Executive MBA from D. Kunayev University.

Before joining EnergoInform JSC, he served as the head of the Energy Industry Development Department at KAZENERGY Association. Previously, he held senior positions at AlmatyEnergoSbyt LLP, Ekibastuz GRES-1 named after Bulat Nurzhanov LLP, Samruk-Energo JSC, and other industry-related companies.
