KEGOC Holds Public Hearings on 2025 Performance

On 29 April 2026, KEGOC hosted public hearings at which the company presented its 2025 performance results, covering execution of the approved tariff budget and investment programme, compliance with quality and reliability standards for regulated services, and achievement of key performance indicators as a natural monopoly entity.

Hearing participants received an overview of KEGOC's activities as system operator of Kazakhstan's Unified Power System, including the outcomes of investment programme execution for 2025, line-by-line performance against approved tariff budgets for regulated services, and the company's key financial and operating indicators.

Particular attention was given to the volumes of regulated services delivered — including electric power transmission, technical dispatching of power injection into and withdrawal from the grid, and organisation of generation-consumption balancing.

The company also briefed consumers and other interested parties on its engagement with regulated service consumers, compliance with established quality and reliability standards, performance indicator achievements, and future development plans — including the pipeline of investment projects and prospective tariff adjustments.

The hearings were conducted in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on natural monopolies and form part of the company's commitment to transparency towards consumers, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
