ASCEA in WEM of RK. The Automated System of Commercial Electric power Accounting (ASCEA) in the Wholesale Energy Market (WEM) of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The section is prepared in pursuance of the Law "On electric power industry" by which the System operator of WEM carries out the function "technical and methodical management on creation ASCEA of all subjects WEM.

ASCEA is the set of measurement instrumentation and hardware-software complex for data collecting of measuring, processing, storing, data transfer and data preparation to make calculations between WEM subjects, for generated, transferred, distributed and consumed electrical energy.
