The Corporate Secretary performs his functions on an independent basis and reports to the Board of Directors. The main task of the Corporate Secretary is to ensure effective and systematic communications between the Company and its shareholders, the Board of Directors, the Internal Audit Service, the Management Board, as well as other interested parties.
The activity is regulated by the Regulations on the Corporate Secretary.
