The meeting of the Board of Directors of KEGOC was attended using video conference facilities by:

1.Almassadam Satkaliyev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KEGOC, Managing Director, Head of Asset Management Directorate, Samruk-Kazyna.

2.Suinshlik Tiyessov, member of the Board of Directors of KEGOC, representative of Samruk-Kazyna.

3.Zhanna Yegimbayeva, member of the Board of Directors of KEGOC, representative of Samruk-Kazyna.

4.Nurlan Akhanzaripov, member of the Board of Directors of KEGOC, independent director.

5.Dominique Fache, member of the Board of Directors of KEGOC, member of the Board of Directors at Sophia Antipolis Science Park, chairman of Board of Directors of RTF.

6.Zhanbota Bekenov, member of the Board of Directors of KEGOC, independent director.

7.Bakytzhan Kazhiyev, member of the Board of Directors of KEGOC, chairman of the Management Board of KEGOC.

The meeting of the Board of Directors on 20 November 2020, considered 2 (two) agenda items, which should be brought to the attention of shareholders and investors in accordance with the List of agenda items approved by the Board of Directors on 13 July 2017 (Minutes No. 6). The information these agenda item is given below. 

1.Approve KEGOC's interim financial statements as of and for nine months ended on 30 September 2020.

The Board made the following decisions:

1.To approve KEGOC's interim financial statements as of and for nine months ended on 30 September 2020.

2. The Management Board of KEGOC (Mr. Kazhiyev) shall prepare a factor analysis of net income (plan vs fact with all components, including the plan for the compensating tariff, and the effect of the cost reduction) and send it to the members of the Board of Directors as work proceeds.

2.Review of the Progress report on major investment projects in Q3 2020.

The Board of Directors made the following decisions:

1. Take note of the Report on implementation of major investment projects for Q3 2020; 

2. The Management Board of KEGOC (Mr. Kazhiyev) should take appropriate measures to achieve by the end of 2020 the planned target progress for ‘Re-enforcement of the electric network in Zone West of Kazakhstan UPS’ project and ‘Re-enforcement of the external power supply in Turkestan. Construction of power grid facilities’ project.
